o Management will maintain, develop and continuously improve the Quality and Environmental Management systems by ensuring quality and environmental targets are met and planned audits are carried out and reviewed with full employee involvement.

o Management ensure all employees understand the Quality and Environmental Management systems and that working to them is a condition of employment.

o Management ensure all employees understand and carry out all necessary local actions to ensure maximum confidentiality of Customer material and data.

o Independent third party auditing by the BSI will confirm that the requirements of Quality Management system BS EN ISO 9001:2000, Environmental Management system BS EN ISO 14001:1996 and the General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2000 are met.

o This Quality and Environmental Policy will be available to the public on the Roush web site and on request from the Quality and Environmental Manager.
